FAMILY LAW LEGAL PARAPROFESSIONALS - SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULT TODAY!
Mandi Hemming is a licensed Arizona Legal Paraprofessional and can represent her clients in most family law related matters just as an Arizona divorce attorney can fully represent their clients. Legal paraprofessionals are also known as LPs and are fully licensed by the State Bar of Arizona. The Arizona Supreme Court likens LPs to nurse practitioners in the medical field.
Mandi's passion for family law started when she found herself as a young divorced mother of a 4 month old and nowhere to turn. She worked hard, went to school to obtain her paralegal degree and began working for the State of Arizona, Division of Child Support Enforcement. In 2005, she left the State and began working for local family law attorneys. Mandi's passion for family law grew and was inspired to become a Certified Legal Document Preparer and opened her legal document preparation business, EZ Legal Documents.
In 2021, Mandi was one of the very first people to successfully pass the LP core and family law exams. In January 2022, Mandi received her LP license in Family Law. Mandi is thrilled to now have the ability to provide legal advice and representation to her clients in family court.
Mandi has the experience and knowledge to help her clients ranging from simple divorces to complex divorces, custody disputes, paternity, modifications of court orders, enforcements of court orders and mediation.
